    You set the pace of your learning style, and your schedule. As long as your membership is current, you’ll have access to all course materials whenever you want, so there’s never a need to stress. Live Q & A sessions happen every month so you can always catch the next one, or watch a recording of the one that’s passed.   • Will Ayurvedic medicine interfere with my current medical care or prescriptions? Do I need my doctor’s permission to practice Ayurveda at home?

Many are focused on balancing your diet and lifestyle, and largely agree with what modern science favors as healthy.
